A regenerative scalp protocol — exosomes paired with medical microneedling — built around your actual pattern of loss. A quiet program that gives your follicles the signal to wake up, and a provider who tells you the truth about what your scalp needs.
In his own words — walking through the method, step by step.
A cosmetic regenerative session designed to signal your follicles back to work — quietly, consistently, and without anyone telling you what your hair "should" look like.
Exosome-based treatments may be offered in combination with microneedling as part of a cosmetic service, provided by licensed professionals, and incorporated into an individualized plan based on clinical evaluation. Pricing shared at consult.
Hair Force One is our take-home supplement: a B-complex backbone, plus biotin, zinc, and iron — the nutrients that support keratin, follicle integrity, and oxygen delivery. Not a prescription. Pairs with the in-clinic protocol or stands alone.

PRP (platelet-rich plasma) and exosomes are both regenerative approaches — they just work differently. PRP draws from your own blood and relies on your platelet quality that day. Exosomes are standardized cellular signaling vesicles applied topically — no blood draw, consistent concentration session to session, shorter appointment. Different patients fit different protocols. Your provider will walk through what's clinically appropriate for you at the free consult.
Scalp-environment improvements — less itch, better balance, reduced shedding — tend to come first. Cosmetic changes like visible fullness and density follow over time. Every patient responds differently depending on hair type, scalp condition, and consistency with the plan. Your provider will track progress and set realistic expectations at each visit.
The typical protocol is 3–4 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart, with maintenance sessions afterward depending on what your scalp is doing. We'll build the cadence around your pattern at consult — not a default package.
The microneedling step is a mild prickling sensation — most patients describe it as uncomfortable but not painful. We use a numbing protocol where helpful. Downtime is minimal: some scalp pinkness or sensitivity for a few hours, fully back to normal within 24 hours.
Exosome-based regenerative services have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety, efficacy, or quality. They're offered as cosmetic services incorporated into an individualized plan reviewed by a licensed provider. Microneedling is FDA-cleared. We talk through all of this at the free consult so you can make an informed decision.
Best candidates are patients with gradual thinning, widening part lines, increased shedding, postpartum loss, or early-stage pattern thinning. If your hair loss is more advanced or has a different underlying cause, we'll be honest with you at consult about whether this is the right approach or whether a different path makes more sense.
Pricing is shared at your free consultation, once we've actually assessed your scalp and built a plan around what you need. No two protocols are identical, and we'd rather quote you accurately than throw a sticker price on a website. Payment plans are available.
Our compounded oral Rx hair products are available through provider review on a case-by-case basis. Bring this up at your free consult — your provider will determine clinical appropriateness alongside (or instead of) the in-clinic protocol.
